Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I use Zoom pro version to organize webinars with international students. It is used by myself only, not the entire department.
Pros

- Recording
- Easy to connect
Cons
- Having the ability to keep users on mute.
- It has saved our traveling cost to very high extent without compromising on presentation quality.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
It is easier for users to connect and recording option is there.
