Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

It is basically used by the entire company. Our company is 80% distributed, so Zoom and video conferencing are very essential. From Finance to Engineering, everyone utilizes Zoom.

Pros

  • Personal meeting ID
  • Record meeting

Cons

  • Connectivity
  • Audio and some preferences
  • None really
Very complicated and when using Bluetooth headphones, it doesn't integrate with it. Setting up the meeting ID is also complicated, especially if you don't have a Blue Jeans account.
A lot of my past colleague and mentors have used Blue Jeans, Cisco, and GoToMeeting but Zoom is the easiest one that I always share with them. Very easy UI.
