Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

I have been using zoom for several years to communicate with research partners. Now, my entire organization uses it.

Pros

  • Zoom provides seamless connections.
  • Supports time zone changes well.
  • Has a nice interface.

Cons

  • I like Zoom the way it is.
  • Zoom has led to improved collaboration with my colleagues.
Much better than WebEx.
Zoom works well for all of my communication needs.
