Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is used across the company. It has become our primary means of communication besides Slack. All meetings always have Zoom meetings associated with them so anyone remote can join. We also use Zoom Rooms which has really simplified conference room scheduling and setup. This tool has become critical to our organization.
Pros
- Zoom rooms. Easy setup and integration. Always on and always works. Has greatly increased collaboration
- Video. The video quality is great and has made all communication much more personal with video
- Google Calendar integration. Very easy to integrate into workflows and assign directly via Google Calendar etc.
Cons
- Looking forward to seeing where Zoom goes with their new phone service. If it is as good as Zoom, we'll soon be a customer of that as well
- It really helped with collaboration.
- Zoom Rooms are now being used in all conference rooms, making sharing and remote participation much more productive.
- Video is also helping convert demos. These demos are now much more personal with Zoom.
- Join.me and GoToMeeting
We used Join.me and GoToMeeting before. There is really no comparison. The video and audio quality is much better and our internal user satisfaction scores are off the charts compared to these other tools. Nothing else has come close to Zoom yet. The Zoom Rooms also really are a key component to the solution and one that really helps Zoom stand alone in a crowded field.
