Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoom is a smooth and great-working video conference solution for companies that exceed 300 or so employees. Having previously used BlueJeans, I can tell you this is far superior in usability and the ability to have company meetings without the need for IT interception or finagling. Zoom is also embedded into calendars to allow for easy meet scheduling.

Alternatives Considered

BlueJeans

BlueJeans always had connectivity issues and rough signal with more than 200-300 people on it. Great for small companies just starting out, BlueJeans doesn't match up with Zoom on a larger scale. Zoom has easy integration, easy usage, pleasurable aesthetics, and a tight connection with all devices to allow for smooth video conferencing.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for easy and quick, as well as smooth, video sharing and conference meetings between remote members of a company/etc. Less appropriate in smaller conferences, where a more optimized 1-on-1 system is set up. For widespread company meetings, Zoom is the ideal piece of software to make sure everyone is streamlined and smoothly integrated.
