Overall Satisfaction with Xero

I use Xero not only for my accounting and tax purposes but also to link my employee's timesheet from another software Deputy for my accountant to do the payroll. Xero allows business owner[s] such as myself to check on my monthly P & L reports, as well as various different reports to gain a better understanding of my business cash flow and expenses.

Pros

  • Integrates with a lot of other different software
  • Generates excellent reports for business owners to review their business position
  • Allows users such as accountant/bookkeeper and myself to access the software anytime
  • Payroll

Cons

  • Quicker response time for support
  • Cost - most competitors are cheaper
  • Time saved on meeting all the tax obligation for my business
  • Reduced errors and can be corrected easily through revising the reports
  • Simplified payroll and tax filing
Prior [to] using Xero, I had been using MYOB for several year[s] and found MYOB to be quite clunky and not as user-friendly as Xero.
As listed with all the pros above, I couldn't think of any flaw. It is great accounting software and probably the best on the market at the moment.
Xero has enabled me to link up with other software which I use for my business to simplify the task and to make it smoother, easier and effective to run my business at optimum efficiency.

I believe Xero is the market leader when it comes to accounting software, and it has definitely lived up to [its] reputation. Xero has catered for all my business need beyond my expectation and it has simplified so many different aspects as Xero are linked up with so many other software which enables my business to operate more efficiently and effectively. I can access any reports whenever I travel hence it gives me comfort and convenience for me to work and plan better at [the] ease of login into the software without taking folders full of paperwork or searching for reports [on] my laptop. Best thing ever happen for my business.
