Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use it for all our business finance including Accounts, payroll, receivables, and payables. The functionality with other apps makes it stand out. Our accountant uses this and recommended it.

Xero has more functions and uses but is different and we need both to run our hospitality business. Deputy does the rostering side of things exporting to zero to manage financials.
Generally easy to use. The layout is very clean and the menus make sense. The design is quite intuitive and therefore as a user, I can easily find what I am looking for. I also find the help section has answers to self-guide any issues or new tasks that I want to do or learn how to do in the program.
The integration of Xero with other programs is generally adequate and one of the main reasons we chose the program was because of all the apps it can potentially integrate with. In our experience, it seems to work well with and almost seamless with most applications but I must say I have had some glitches with deputy integration but am unclear if this is an issue on Deputy's end and can usually resolve with problem-solving using the help functions.

Integration with other platforms is appropriate for payroll linking with other services. Not suited for micro-business as the full functionality is not able to be utilized.
