Pros

  • Digital proofing
  • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Ability to standardize project intake and project plan templates

Cons

  • SO many features, it can be overwhelming to train users
  • Increased visibility - transparency across teams
  • Ability to tie deliverables together into programs (campaigns)
  • Ability to manage workflows
Trello was amazing for getting work DONE, but lacked the advanced reporting capabilities and resource management features.
We are the in-house creative services team, so Workfront's approval workflows and digital proofing tool were incredibly appealing.

In the beginning, it's a little overwhelming... so user adoption is tough.
