Overall Satisfaction with Whova

We use Whova as a lead collection tool. We are vendors/exhibitors at conferences and events.

Pros

  • Syncing data between the app and desktop.
  • Lead collection and downloading
  • Linking with LinkedIn and other Social sites for promotion

Cons

  • It is very hard to switch between events on the desktop version. I honestly don't even know how.
  • Providing a spreadsheet of collected leads has saved dozens of man-hours from entering that data into our CRM tool manually
The desktop version is not as user-friendly as the app, and that is where a lot of the virtual booth setup needs to happen.

Yes

It has been great for lead collection. Far better than using traditional business cards.
I have been able to messages attendees successfully as well and start conversation in the app.
For giveaways, the community section was great for @mentioning people when an actual live "announcement" was not available.
