Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Utilised for submitting personal travel expense claims and for approving other colleagues I manage expenses. I use the platform monthly at minimum.

Pros

  • Easy to submit expenses with clear steps and a foolproof format
  • Easy to locate claims you have successfully submitted, to check the status of them

Cons

  • It would be beneficial to receive email notifications for when an expense claim has been assigned to you for approval. Currently, there are no notifications or system triggers in place for this.

Well suited for colleagues travelling for work, and primarily for people leaders within the organisation who are responsible for managing, processing and approving all colleague related expenses for those they directly line manage.
