Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to submit expense requests to my line manager and then be notified when they are paid.

Pros

  • Clearly allows me to see everything in one place
  • It's user friendly and unique to my business
  • The app is really good on my phone
  • It's easy to use

Cons

  • Sometimes on the app, it's difficult to see everything you need as it's a small screen and not that clearly set up for what you need
I would rate Webexpenses's overall usability a 8 out of 10. It’s really easy to navigate, with a clean, user-friendly interface that makes submitting and tracking expenses straightforward. I also like the overall look of the platform – it feels modern, intuitive, and efficient, which makes daily tasks much simpler. Dropped the rating to 8 due to the app, which I have explained in a few steps time.

Yes

When I am abroad, the app allows me to take a picture of a receipt whilst on the move. This is particularly helpful on events where you have little time to submit expenses so being able to do it on the move is really helpful. It means I don't have to bring lots of receipts back from a trip.
