Is it used across the entire organisation in order to properly account, file, and process the corporate expenses for all users It fully automatises the expense management process, saving considerable time to employees and the organisation It offers both web-based and phone-based options, allowing for flexibility for people on the move.

- Sometimes receipts do not upload.

Fortunately, I have not used any other alternative before so I am afraid I am not in a position to establish any sort of comparative analysis between Webexpenses and any of its competitors. However, when asking people in other organisations Webexpenses was always the recommended option instead of other providers.

Yes - Really well, better than the website. The photos function works really well and allows me to handle my expenses without too much burden
