Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is utilized to submit and trace the processing of any redeemable expenses. The system allows for the process to be easily tracked ensuring a view of payment. It is currently employed across the firm and is open for all employees to use freely. I enjoy being able to view all previously filled expenses.

Pros

  • Trackable
  • Notified on expense progression
  • Clear and easy to action

Cons

  • Missing ability to prompt expenses that are overdue[.]
  • Would be useful to sort expenses into own [personalized] folders.
  • Auditable
  • Increased transparency
  • Less paperwork
Generally easy to use, a little [outdated] on its features. Could be streamlined.
