Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used to claim my business expenses such as travel and meals as I travel to sites across the country. It is used throughout the business and makes claiming and getting expenses signed off for payment very easy. It [addresses] the problem of having lots of paper receipts that can easily be lost and keeps all information electronically allocated to each claim.

Pros

  • It has a simple layout that is easy to use[.]
  • It makes it easy to get expenses signed off for payment[.]
  • The mileage calculator is very useful and makes it visually easy for all to see what miles are being claimed.

Cons

  • It would be better is you could add 2 cars to your account.
  • I am the end user so do not know what actual impact it [is having] on my company but I am sure it has a positive impact as it keeps a full digital record of all business expenses.
It has a simple interface which makes it easy to use.
