Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is the perfect tool for us, especially when working remotely, to keep a track of all expenses, amount of money spent and allocating it to the right budget lines.
Webexpenses is being used across our entire business, with everybody able to log receipts and expense claims, whilst heads of departments can sign-off and review any claims.

Pros

  • Logging expenses in a clear format.
  • Making it easy for anyone to upload receipts.
  • A clear hierarchy of who signs off expenses.

Cons

  • Sometimes the upload feature of receipts has to be done twice.
  • Direct messaging between employees on specific claims.
  • Very positive in terms of time saved.
It would be a 10, but the uploading of receipts can be glitchy. Overall it is a fantastic platform and one which every member of staff is easily using.
I have used Xero previously and to be honest it featured the same level of functionality and more, but I believe it was most expensive and more geared towards the accounts department rather than the end user.

Given the Covid world we are living in, Webexpenses is superb for remotely accessing files, receipts and claims and being able to quickly get employees paid what they are owed.
For any business that has employees who need to make expenses claims, this is a no-brainer. It is the easiest to use platform I have experienced and the functionality and usability is terrific.
