Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Simple way to do my mileage and expenses. It saves time and you can see where you are at each stage right up to the company agreeing and make payment.

Pros

  • Mileage claims.
  • Simple to use.
  • Transparent.

Cons

  • Easier way to add receipts.
  • Allow multiple receipts to be added.
  • Saves the company money.
  • Staff feel it takes along time to complete.
Easy to use once you are used to it.
I have had no need to speak support so cannot answer this this objectively.
