Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is open to anyone in the Company. We process payments weekly so employees do not have to wait long to recoup their money.

Pros

  • Easy to use, Easy to reset passwords
  • Can easily see if a claim is pending approval or payment
  • Reporting is easy when all the correct nominal codes have been entered
  • Adding employees and cost centres very quick and not time consuming and user knows instantly their login details

Cons

  • Calculating the vat receipts required for private mileage and business mileage
  • Cost per user instead of per claim means people can claim as many times as they wish without costs to the business
  • Very few claims are rejected therefore employees are happy
Very little support is required for new users when first using the system
Very knowledgably and respond to queries quickly
Webexpenses are mainly used to claim back mileage or parking and this is easy to use for everyone. The calculation of mileage by post code works really well especially when trying to claim via the phone app

We have other suppliers where we can book directly for hotels and train tickets so not claimed back on expenses
