Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is a primary tool we use for meetings and all other communications. I use it to interact with client and solve their issues regarding assets and users. It is an essential tool for me to use regularly as I work from home sometimes and without a great meeting tool like Webex is not possible.

Pros

  • Well, scheduling meetings in Webex Meetings is easy because of its integration with the calendar.
  • It also has a mobile application that ensures that I stay connected even if I do not have access to a system.
  • It also shows who is speaking and even shows on screen as a text So, even if I am not able to hear the person, I can still read what he/she is saying.

Cons

  • Message reply seems to be missed because there is a notification for it.
  • Notification sound cannot be muted somehow which should not be the case.
  • It helped me solve client's issues online very quickly and efficiently.
  • Recording meetings is a great feature to recall what learned in the meeting or have a look again for better accuracy.
  • There is no known negative impact yet but sometimes in chat messages cause issues due to no notification.

Well Webex has better integration with third party tools and can be used from anywhere with least resources. Webex meetings have no known lags or connectivity issues when accessing from web because of its ability to stay connected even in low coverage areas.

I use Webex Meetings everyday as solving issues and sometimes learning through recording the new tasks with Webex's easy to record in high-definition audio and video. Though, the its in message reply feature I did not like as I have missed an important update because of it. Overall, I like using Webex Meetings to share screen to present.
