Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it for video conferencing and online meetings. It's a really good application for that. It can work for both small organizations and enterprises. Its really easy to use and understand as well. It can be used for collaboration and sharing of data as well. We can also record meetings in Webex App for future usage.

Pros

  • It provides great real time transcription
  • With its ai capabilities it can also summarise the meetings
  • Amazing audio and video quality

Cons

  • It's pretty easy to use but the settings menu can overwhelm anyone
  • Increased productivity by better collaboration
  • We can work remotely so it also save costs
Both are good but the Webex App has been really good in terms of connectivity and data retention. Google Meet is good but I find Webex App better.

Webex App is really great for compliance as we are in software industry we need to be discreet with our and clients data so Webex App is HIPPA and SOC2 certified. And its also amazing for hosting meetings for collaboration.
