Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it for centralized communication between our teams. It helps us connect even when we are not at the same place. We use it for Deeper collaborations within our team. It acts as a bridge for all the meetings. Its really simple to use and offers great set of features for the organizations well being.

Pros

  • better communication between team

  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Better UI will be great for enhanced Usage
  • Performance can sometimes take a hit if the load is more
  • With this we can have better outputs in meetings
  • We can connect with anyone from anywhere with a reliable solution
Not that great interface as Webex application. Google Meet can die inn between and can have some fluctuations but Webex App is a great because we haven't faced any issue like that with it.

I will provide feedback that if they are looking for an application with solid infrastructure for online meetings and calling and messaging. It has great reliability and offers features that are not offered by the competition. The application is really smooth and makes every thing easy to use.
