Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

I use Webex for all types of communications with other employees in my company, messaging, meetings, calling, and sharing files. We also do advanced integrations with our CRM and some other 3rd party applications.

Pros

  • On-prem calling.
  • Meeting troubleshooting.
  • Analytics

Cons

  • Support more for RTL languages.
  • Made communication easy.
Webex is way more advanced and feature-rich; a lot of the meeting and calling features in Webex aren't available in MS Teams.
Webex and Cisco support are always helpful and use Webex to communicate to make communication faster than emails.

It's easy to use, and a lot of adoption materials are available with great quality and up to date.
Working from home, Webex is all I need, messaging and meeting as well as providing support to clients with controlling screen in meetings.
