Overall Satisfaction with Vena

The main purpose of using Vena in our business is to manage the financial planning, future budgeting and better data reporting also it helps in getting a overview of operational metrics and creates a bridges between sales, marketing, operations and finance teams. Now we have replaced all of our traditional spreadsheets and Excel sheets with Vena for better data analysis and management.

Pros

  • Helps in maintaining service performance and also helps in identifying all the operational costs
  • We also track campaign performance through this plaform and improve our ROI
  • Help in collecting customer feedback for making better customer retention strategies

Cons

  • The navigation structure of the software and I also feel visual design of the interface can be improved for better experience of new users
  • Their is no option available to customise their dashboard which shows all the monthly data
  • Incorporation of AI and machine learning in the software can even smoothen our user experience
  • We automate lots of process related to budget planning
  • The accuracy of data maintaince has been increased because of less human involvement for every entry.
  • The collaboration between all the internal team has become much easier

The best part of this tool is that it helps us in making a financial budget for every year and also helps in forecasting the estimated possibility of sales in the current month so that we can plan accordingly for the operational goals that could be possible for the current month
