Overall Satisfaction with Vena

Vena is used at our company to manage and facilitate our annual budget process. Department leaders across the organization use it to enter their budget information and Vena automatically consolidates the data entry at a high level. This process alone saves me hours of work each year. Additionally, department leaders can access a report that shows monthly budget vs actuals and allows for the drill-down capability to the GL detail level.

  • The ability to change or modify templates quickly

  • The quality of their outsourcing partners varies
  • Tendency to sometimes overcomplicate the system set up

  • Saved days worth of work during the budget process
Vena makes distributing budgeting templates to budget owners a breeze and consolidation of completed templates is automatic. Additionally, any tweaks that need to be made can quickly be pushed out as well to all users. The days of emailing individual spreadsheets to owners and manually compiling the results are gone with Vena. Additionally, their customer service has been fantastic. They are always quick to respond to any issues we've had.
