Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

We back up all of our servers with this product. It ensures business continuity across our organization and internal servers and systems.
We leverage application aware backups to more quickly and simply restore more common issues such as restoring Active Directory users or file security permissions.
When we need it, full virtual machine restores are quick and comprehensive.
Finally, the wide options in exporting backups to cloud repositories with immutable options ensures protection from backup-targeted threats.

I used these products at other businesses. That said Veeam is by far more flexible than any other backup product I have ever used. While many have a reporting/overview product, Veeam ONE is also the most comprehensive single-pane-of-glass tool I have ever used as well.

Veeam is a great tool for most companies and use-cases.
The only thing that keeps it from being a 10 is the general complexity of the product. Any business that do not have complex needs or have no concern over scalability would do better with a less feature rich and more inexpensive option.
