Veeam Backup & Replication

Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

I've used Veeam for about 5 years to backup our VMWare environment. Backing up containers has allowed me to have back ups of the VMs. By backing up the containers, I don't have to create new backup jobs when new VMs are created but I can edit and exclude vms I don't want to back up.

Cons

  • Backing up Google workspace
  • Less marketing emails
  • positive, affordable product
  • positive I can now backup a virtual Linux server that I couldn't before
Good, it backs up linux where shadowprotect does not. ShadowProtect is less expensive so we keep it as well.
