Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

To backup and restore data for many different types of users and applications. It is used institution wide.

  • Wider National centers

  • access remote from institution too
Veeam Data Platform has proven to be much better in terms of both backup and recovery. The product is easier to use, more intuitive and also equally priced. Support is far more responsive and clear with Veeam Data Platform and also has seen more prompt adoption by users than was the case with Rubrik.

Onboarding and porting of existing backups was done very well. Initial training has been terrific too. Real life use has proven to be very satisfactory as users have successfully backed up critical data and gained faith in the restore features of Veeam Data Platform. No frustrations or disappointments has been wonderful. We have moderate needs and Veeam Data Platform is more than powerful enough to do the job for us.
