We use Veeam for our backup and replication workflows, including disk and tape backups. Veeam helps us maintain secure and scalable backups, meeting our Federal and State requirements. Veeam provides and easy and intuitive way to maintain our backup infrastructure.

Cons
- Licensing is expensive, in the new age of virtual machines
- File shares should not require more licenses than a standard backup
- Instant recovery from AHV to vSphere does not clone CPU cores correctly
