Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform

Veeam was utilized as our primary backup and recovery solution. It was frequently used to recover incorrectly deleted data from server shares. It was also integral to our disaster recovery plan with our laboratory services.

Pros

  • Ease of installation
  • Easy interface which allows you to quickly create a backup plan
  • Quick and painless to use when backup or total recovery necessary.

Cons

  • Better error handling and reporting when backups fail.
  • I dislike having to manually enter a key code on renewal.
  • Provide a guided walkthrough and provide tips when creating first backup plan.
