Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication

We use Veeam to back up our virtual machine, as well as the Hyper-V host. Veeam has been an invaluable tool in retrieving data and ensuring data is being backed up. It truly provides peace of mind for our organization.

Pros

  • Easy to use interface that makes sense
  • Option to utilize backup copy job
  • Utilization of a domain-less server

Cons

  • Backup copy job configuration can be difficult to use without researching first
  • More intuitive first time installation.
  • Data Deduplication should be easier to implement for Client Workstation Backups

  • Back up of essential security camera footage
Asana, Splashtop Enterprise, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Due to other improvement projects in our environment, we decided to re-evaluate our backup solution which led us to Veeam Backup & Replication. Our experience with our backup solution has improved tremendously since we have implemented Veeam Backup & Replication.
