Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication

Veeam Backup is easy to use and efficient. We use Veeam to backup our virtual environment and it has saved the day a number of times.

Pros

  • Backup - easy to configure and very effective
  • Restore - easy to restore entire VM or guest files
  • Replicate - Replication of VMs to other sites works well

Cons

  • An integrated update process might be convenient
  • Whenever there is a need to restore files or a VM from backup Veeam has been a trusty tool
  • Windows backup
  • Unitrends
  • Barracuda

I prefer Veeam's functionality and interface.
I find it well suited for most cases instances I have dealt with
