Vantage Circle at Infosys is used as an effective rewarding platform for Infosys employees. It is an easy means to reward performing employees. This addresses motivation-related problems very effectively. I use it to get rewards for my contribution to several initiatives. Infosys has used it quite well in the past in order to boost employee satisfaction.

Amazon Rewards are trustworthy, but the benefits are minuscule, and it doesn't boost morale and motivation. The benefits offered by Amazon Rewards do not seem predictable. Vantage Circle rewards appear predictable. You never know if a big purchase on Amazon would guarantee respectable rewards. Vantage Circle rewards are assured, and it gives an opportunity to earn rewards on countless offers.
