Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage Circle is helping us in bringing the rewarding and redemption of points on same platform and is great to see all in one place, which saves time and is super easy to use without any glitch. It even offers all employees many corporate offers which are eye catching. When Vantage Circle was not there, we were facing issue while redeeming the rewards and it was clearly not the experience which users will expect.
Pros
- We can appreciate and nominate any of our team members quickly
- We can redeem our points very easily and have lot of options to choose between
- I like the posts for the awards with motivating quotes in the feed, which really boosts our confidence
- The Leaderboard is interesting to explore

- Announcement section can be little more attractive
- I feel to do list can be improved with more user-friendly options
- Feed Engagement Score has some scope of improvement
