Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

I am using Vantage Circle to appreciate employee/getting appreciation from the higher authorities as a gift card or vantage points to buy some needful things. It's really user-friendly application and everyone can understand. The Vantage Circle Program is designed to encourage timely, personalized, and meaningful recognition to fellow team members.
