We use it when an employee adds value in his work and it provides energy- to do more. Very effective in collaboration, will be a record for final review in the end of year for achieved goals. Sometimes this tool also identifies where a manager is not interested in appreciation. Also used to force the manager to use it when he is not having the culture of appreciating by seeing other managers who do it frequently.
