Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Ultipro is being used across the organization for employee data management and payroll.

Pros

  • The employee experience is very user-friendly.
  • The company is constantly growing to meet customer demands. Each release brings improvements to the software.

Cons

  • Our business is very complex, so we occasionally struggle with configuration for the multiple lines of business we manage.
Having a strong understanding of the capabilities at implementation is key. There were areas that we set up at implementation that were not properly utilized or set up that have impacted us in the long term.
