Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The whole organization uses UltiPro for timekeeping, performance management, payroll, data analytics and reports.

Pros

  • UPM working great for performance management
  • Report Writer is great for capturing data
  • Excited about the Compensation Module for Base Pay Increases and Bonus Plans

Cons

  • UltiPro Time Management (UTM) is cumbersome and not user friendly
  • Would like to see a lot more functionality for mobile devices
UltiPro Performance Management (UPM) is a terrific tool for goal setting and feedback to employees.
