Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
TSheets is being used by all of our hourly employees across the country. We are implementing the mobile app to help provide assurance that our people are showing up at the right places, at the right times and for the proper amount of time.
Pros
- Excellent support--timely responses, knowledgeable and personable. Dawn was great!
Cons
- No issues to speak of thus far--I'm a young user.
- I anticipate excellent ROI as we control premium time, and ensure people are in the right places at the right times.
