Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to provide coverage reports for campaigns for one of our clients who is interested in seeing the value of PR though metrics.



*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

Pros

  • Reports are visually appealing
  • The staff is extremely helpful

Cons

  • The formulas to create your searches are over complicated and inaccurate at times
  • New coverage isn't always picked up
AirPR is a bit more developed in terms of algorithms to pull coverage, but I think with time Cision can stack up pretty well.
Cision Communications Cloud is great for creating visually appealing reports to share with those who are interested in viewing the metrics side of PR. It's not as great for day to day monitoring of coverage.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

They're great and always available to jump in to assist your needs.

Using Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud is very user friendly and the staff is extremely helpful if you ever run into any problems.
