Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot

Real-time insights and very user-friendly to individuals who do not have excellent knowledge or experience around software management. Accessibility to users to design their reporting and dashboards is beneficial. Tracking data and performance is a plus for me and my colleagues using the software on related programs and projects being created.

I enjoy the user-friendliness and the accessibility while giving recommendations if I cannot remember.
Have not used as much, tried ThoughtSpot out for the first time for evaluation and testing purposes to see if this type of software would be helpful.

Team support is great, and very useful if needed. The cloud production is awesome, my favorite part as mentioned previously is the accountability integrations with the dashboard and having useful recommendations around visualizations.
