Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Submittable for a re-granting program in which we wanted applicants to be able to vote on other applications. Submittable's Gallery function was the best solution that we found for that process.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Creating forms and programs in Submittable is fairly simple and streamlined
We've heard from applicants that they find it easy to use
The Gallery function works well for soliciting external votes

Cons

It does a poor job of displaying applications submitted by an individual on behalf of an organization
The reporting is pretty basic - it would be nice if you could report on things like whether an awardee has clicked their acceptance verification link

Return on Investment

Submittable allowed us to set up a new re-granting program very quickly, without needing to hire additional roles to help with grant administration.

Usability

I've never had a question about how to do something in Submittable that I wasn't able to solve with a quick google search of their help documentation.
