Splashtop is not that known in Mexico but is great!

We use Splashtop as our main tool to provide remote support to our clients. Splashtop is essential to us because we use it to remotely access our client's computers to solve any issues that can be solved remotely. It has great features such as blocking screen and keyboard to the user, chat, notification that an agent has accessed their computer or it can be configured for the user to approve the access, so we can cover any client desire. The connection has been very stable over the years, obviously, as long as the internet on both sides is stable. Over the years Splashtop has been updating bringing more features, so today, the service is way better than the one we signed up for at the beginning. I would totally recommend Splashtop!
