Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop Enterprise, it's our principal tool to develop our daily activities, our tech support department uses it all day to assist remotely our customers. We provide tech support to more than 200 users and for us it's the best software that makes easy our activities.

Pros

  • Easy to deploy and use
  • Connection stable
  • Easy to transfer files between computer

Cons

  • Concurrent connection with the basic license
  • Improve the chat, maybe show a new window instead of the upper box
  • A module that can extract an inventory of the device
  • Linux agent
  • The investment in Splashtop Enterprise is worth it, there is no similar software at this price.
  • No matter if you want to connect to 1 device or 500, Splashtop is flexible.
Splashtop works perfectly for us, that means that we haven't the necessity to contact the support department.

Splashtop works very well to assist users remotely, i.e. to provide tech support or monitor some computers. The software is not to share your screen to show some info or video.
