Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I utilize it to access my work computer from a remote. I am able to address client issues when I am away from the office within a secure environment. I am also able to access both personal and client machines when need be.
Pros
- Secure access to my work desktop and all its applications.
- Obviates the need to use RDP which is insecure IMO.
Cons
- Sound relaying of remote computer's sound output.
- Ease of client support from remote, particularly commercial clients.
