Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use it to remote in to control computers. Having this access remotely is important.

Pros

  • Updates - always have the current version available
  • Product usage - simple and easy to use
  • Uptime - never have to worry if the product will be available or not

Cons

  • I have no suggestions for improvement at this time.
  • Save money by controlling Hvac system
  • Save money by controlling light system
  • Security of building by locking or unlocking doors remotely
I have never had to use support so I am unable to answer this question other than N/A.
