Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

With the need for remote working, I needed a way to periodically make sure that the computers being used remotely were up to date with the software. I also had several instances where end users needed assistance and this software where it made it very easy.

  • Remote access
  • Chatting

Cons

  • File transfer
  • The pricing is perfect.
I have not needed support but when I inquired about the file transfer algorithm, I felt the answer given was honest and had a chance to be considered. I felt like I was being heard.
