Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Our company uses Splashtop to log in to business files while working from home.

Pros

  • Easy to log in and connect with server files
  • Easy to log in and work on desktop computers in the office while offsite
  • Great customer service if logging in issues come up
  • Fast connection

Cons

  • I really can't think of anything - I'm not all that tech savy - it works and I'm happy for that.
  • We were able to work without issues through the lockdown early in the pandemic
  • We continue to be able to work from home when we want to or need to
  • It keeps us in business
The times I've had to contact support, it was professional and my problems were quickly resolved.
Yes - GoToMyPC - Their cost jumped considerably which made me start to look for alternatives.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Yardi Breeze
We switched to Splashtop right before the lockdown of the pandemic. I am happy we did that as we had no trouble logging into the office computers while working from home. I have recommended Splashtop to others already.
