Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop's Integrationsto our RMM service. It is our main way of connecting to workstations and servers remotely. The features regarding bad latency are nice in a time when so many people are remote. SOS is also great.

Pros

  • SOS Is a fantastic way to remotely access BYOD devices.
  • Streamlines and secure

Cons

  • Often when installing an update I have major issues which do get fixed but not immediately.
  • Reselling via RMM is great.
I don't think it is support's fault but a lot of post-update issues take a long time to see fixed.
