Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Since the pandemic we were looking for an easy solution for remote desktops for our employees, we tried a number of them, but Splashtop was the best-in-class for a number of reasons. A few are ease of installation, ease of user support, the box - multi-monitor support with zero effort. The staff uses it all the time, even with Adobe CC, and has no issues with mouse or screen lagging. We also use the 2FA that comes built-in and with the price point we could not pass it up. All in all, a great product, and I highly recommend it!

Never really needed support except for once. These systems are usually very reliable, along with the updates that get pushed down to the client machines.
Yes - We replaced RemotePC and went to Splashtop. All users agree it was a great choice.

There really are not any areas where I cannot recommend it. We use it from basic Office users to desktop publishing with apps like InDesign and Photoshop. If you have a VPN, then I could also even possibly state if you have extra PC's then it will fit the bill.
