Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop has made it extremely helpful and easy to manage our end user computers. It helps us deploy various applications remotely and also lets some of our employees work from home safely. We will continue to keep using Splashtop and look forward to all the new projects coming in the future.

Haven't had any issues with Splashtop. There support/ customer service team has always been available for us to use if in need. they also reply super fast via email and also have a lot of FAQ centers that will easily guide you and help you find your answer that you are looking for.
Yes - We had TeamViewer it was super awful and kept lagging all the time . we did not have a lot of the controls/functions Splashtop has. I was super glad we made the change. The encryption they provided was not great and we will have issues connecting half of the time

we have multiple servers that are headless . Makes it super convenient to connect not having to go set up a monitor to every single one and keeps our network room super clean. Helps us assist our users if they are out of town or away from the office instantly by having the luxury of connecting to them
