Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop was the choice of our Company for smart working during the pandemic period. We were looking for a simple solution for users not used to using this type of tool. The instrument to be adopted had to have features of ease of use, guarantee safety, ease of installation (both local and remote sides), good performance, and a good relationship between price and performance offered. Based on these characteristics Splashtop was chosen.

  • Manage security

  • Splashtop has given our company the opportunity to continue to work during the lockdown period without interruption of operations
We just needed one time to have a support related to installation and the reply was immediate using the dedicated chat. No issues or difficulties to report.

Splashtop is a good and easy-to-use/install solution for remote desktop and smart working. A good solution for those who need just to connect to the office's workstations but not oriented for those who need a VPN environment. It was selected from our company as we don't have persons working outside our company with some kind of remote connections.
